Ingredients:

1 part tequila
1 part brut champagne
2 parts orange juice
Splash of grenadine
Optional orange wedges for garnish

Instructions:

Pour tequila in champagne glass, then pour champagne and orange juice. Top with grenadine.

Ingredientes:
1 ½ onza de ron blanco
1 ½ onza de jugo de piña
Marrasquino
Hielo
Piña

Instrucciones:

En la coctelera: 1 ½ onzas de jugo de piña, 1 ½ onzas de ron blanco, 1 cucharadita de Marrasquino, trozos de hielo. Batir a mano y servir colado en copa de cóctel. Adornar con una rodaja de piña.

Crème de Vie (Cuban Egg Nog)

Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
6 egg yolks
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup white rum

Directions:
1) Mix the sugar and water together over very low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves – about 3 minutes. It has to be just low enough so that the sugar doesn’t caramelize, but makes a thick sugary water.
2) Put the egg yolks in a blender and mix with the condensed milk.
3) Slowly add the evaporated milk and mix completely.
4) Flavor with the vanilla.
5) Pour the mixture into the sugar-water and mix together.
6) Finally stir in the rum (as a preservative. =D)

Makes about 5 cups, or two and a half bottles.

Spanish Sangria

Ingredients:
2 liters of rioja wine
1/4 cup Spanish Jerez brandy
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 apple, cored and cut into bite size pieces
1 orange, sliced
1 lime, sliced

Directions:
Mix all Ingredients.
Stir until the sugar dissolves. Cover and chill overnight
