Classic Italian Vinaigrette


1 cup extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic paste
½ tbsp. chopped parsley
½ tbsp. chopped oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

PS: I began with 1 teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper and used garlic powder instead of garlic. I didn’t want to refrigerate.
